Broulee Sand Modelling and Sandcastle Competition
We think this popular New Years Eve event was started in 2000. Begun as an inspired move by Sue Dickinson, who nurtured it to maturity, the running of it was taken over in 2007 by the Community Association. It now regularly engages hundreds of competitors and a couple of thousand spectators.
